I am very excited to serve the citizens of Blount County. Our office is responsible for the administration of the Probate Court, the Licensing Office and the Public Records Office. The Judge of Probate is also the Chief Elections Official of the county. 

It is my sincere desire that the information provided on our website be helpful regarding the services we offer. Please don't hesitate to stop by or call our office with any questions. We gladly serve the citizens of Blount County with two locations. Our main office is located at the Blount County Courthouse, 220 2nd Avenue East, Oneonta, Alabama 35121. While all of our services are offered at the main courthouse location, we also offer certain limited services at our Hayden Annex located at 306 2nd Avenue, Hayden, Alabama. The direct number for that office is 205-590-2851.
